Tack has no account and no sign-up. We never see your appointments, your notes or anything you type, and neither can anyone else.

In the App Store, Tack's privacy label lists only Usage Data, not linked to you.
To learn which features help, Tack sends anonymous counts of actions, such as "an appointment was added", "a note was pulled off" or "the app was opened", along with general information like app version, iOS version and the phone's region setting. These counts contain no titles, notes, times, locations, calendar names or anything you type, and are not linked to you or your device. They are processed by our analytics provider, TelemetryDeck, which is built to be anonymous. You can turn this off at any time in Tack → Settings → Share anonymous usage counts.
Your calendar. With your permission, Tack reads the calendars on your iPhone through Apple's EventKit framework so it can show your appointments as notes. This happens on your device only. Tack reads the calendar while it is open, when it draws a widget, and briefly in the background to keep widgets current.
Notes you add. Appointments you create in Tack are saved into a calendar named "Tack" in your own calendar account (usually iCloud). Apple syncs that calendar between your devices under Apple's privacy policy. Kinzy LLC has no access to it.
Tack's own data. Note colors, prep items, which notes you've pulled off, your settings and a two-year history of appointments Tack has seen are stored in Tack's private container on your iPhone, protected by your device passcode. Deleting Tack deletes them. They are not synced or uploaded by Tack.
PDF exports. Exports are created on your device and handed to the iOS share sheet. Where you send them is up to you.
Tack Pro subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. Apple handles payment; we never receive your card or billing details. Tack checks your subscription status on-device using Apple's StoreKit, and stores only a yes/no "is Pro" flag locally.
Tack does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13.
If Tack ever changes how it handles data, this page will say so, with the date at the top, before the change ships. A change that sends data off your device would also change the App Store privacy label.
