Add Tack to your Lock Screen

1. Touch and hold your Lock Screen, then tap Customize.
2. Tap Lock Screen, then tap the space under the clock.
3. Pick Tack and add the wide widget. Add Tack · After That next to it for six notes.
4. Tap Done.

The full-width board disappeared

iOS removes any app's Lock Screen Live Activity after about 8 hours. Opening Tack, or tapping a Tack widget, brings it back. This is an iOS rule, not something Tack can change.

My Google or Outlook appointments don't show

Tack reads the calendars on your iPhone. Add the account once in Settings → Apps → Calendar → Calendar Accounts → Add Account. Your appointments then appear in Tack and in Apple's Calendar.

Hide a calendar or holidays

Open Settings → Calendars in Tack. Switch calendars on or off, or turn on Hide holidays.

Change the get-ready time for one appointment

Tap the note, then pick a Get ready time. The default for every note is in Settings.

Subscriptions and refunds

Tack Pro is billed by Apple. Manage or cancel in Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Tap Restore Purchases in Tack's Settings on a new device.

Privacy

Nothing leaves your iPhone. Read the privacy policy.
